2，Enclosed room is fabricated with exterior steel structure and interior PVC crusting acid resistant board structure. Gaps between board and board are well sealed by glass cement. Acid resistant wood board are installed 2 meters below pickling room, installed with glass windows to observe. Ensure that there is always a slight negative pressure in the Pre-treatment area and prevent acid mist outleakage. two maintenance access installed on the top of pickling room.

3，Special Galvanizing electric hoists are installed on outside pickling room roof.

4，The operator working environment is always safe and clean.

5， Less outleakage, even if stop production during night and holiday can also avoid corroding equipment by pipeline acid outleakage.

• 1. All tanks in the pre-treatment are placed and installed in the pits which are above the ground. Two pcs maintenace gallery are installed on the top side of pre-treatment room.

  3. The monorial hoists which are used for galvanizing line are placed on the topside of sealed roof of pre-treatment room. Monorial hoists with special device can move and return direction through breaking rubber gap among the silicon sealing belts, it can prevent and alleviate the corrosion and readuce maintenance and examination of workload, so the maintenance cost will be save too much.
