1. Zinc fume is produced by reaction between flux solvent and molten zinc, will be collected and exhausted by fume collecting system.

2. Install fixed enclosure above the kettle, with exhaust hole.

3. Zinc fume is filtered through bag filter. Cost -effective characteristics: Easy to examine and replace, the bag can be unload to clean, then can be used again.

4. Our equipment adopt the heat blowing and vibration facility which solve the block problem, mainly happening by the zinc smoke adhere and block the bag filters.

5. After filtered, the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere through chimney. The discharging amount is adjustable according to the actual fact.

  • When the surface pretreated workpiece is immersed in the zinc bath, the water and ammonium zinc chloride (ZnCl,. NHLCI) attached to the workpiece surface vaporize and partially decompose, generating a large amount of water vapor and smoke, which together with the escaping zinc ash are called white smoke. It is measured that about 0.1kg of smoke and dust will be released per ton of plated workpiece.. The smoke and dust generated during hot galvanizing directly endanger the health of galvanizing participants, reduce the visibility of the production site, hinder production operations, reduce productivity, and pose a direct pollution threat to the surrounding environment of the plant.
    The "box type bag type dust remover" equipment is composed of a dust suction hood, a box type bag type dust remover, a fan, an exhaust funnel and pipes. The box body is in a rectangular structure as a whole. The box type bag type dust remover is divided into upper, middle and lower bins. The upper bin is the fan end, and there is a circulating blowing system inside, which is used to shake off the dust adhering to the bag; The middle bin holds cloth bags, which is an isolation area for gas and dust separation; The lower bin is a device for dust collection and discharge.
    The smoke and dust captured by the "suction hood" is sucked into the filter chamber of the induced draft fan. After being filtered by the filter bag, the smoke and fine particles in the smoke and dust are intercepted and attached to the outer surface of the filter bag to realize the physical separation of gas and dust. The purified smoke is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust funnel. The ash attached to the outer surface of the filter bag will fall to the ash hopper under the action of high-pressure air, and then be discharged from the discharge port.
